YSLFT Strategy Builder ("the Service") is a tool that generates TradingView Pine Script from plain-English descriptions of trading setups, and hosts a community library of user-submitted strategies (the "Strategy Vault"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service produces code, not trading recommendations. Generated strategies, and any strategy published in the Strategy Vault, are examples for research and education only. They are not financial, investment, or trading advice, and no outcome is guaranteed. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for testing, validating, and deciding whether to use any script, and for any trades you place. Always backtest and forward-test before risking real capital.
The Service is available only to people aged 18 or over. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are legally able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. The Service is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it and delete the associated data.
You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service or breach these Terms.
Do not abuse the Service, including: automating account creation, creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits, attempting to overload or attack the infrastructure, reselling generated output as your own tool, or using the Service for unlawful purposes.
Free accounts include a limited number of generations per period. Limits may change at any time. The Service currently has no paid plans and takes no payments. If paid plans are introduced, these Terms will be updated to set out billing, cancellation, and refund terms before any charge is made.
The Strategy Vault lets users publish trading strategies, including Pine Script, settings, descriptions, and self-reported backtest results.
You may use the Pine Script the Service generates for you, including in your own trading. The Service, its interface, prompts, and branding remain the property of YSLFT.
The Service uses third parties to operate, including AI generation (Anthropic), email (Resend), sign-in (Google), bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile), and hosting (Railway). Your use may be subject to their terms.
Except as set out below, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that generated scripts will compile, execute, be free of errors, or be profitable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, YSLFT is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, data loss, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, any generated script, or any strategy published in the Strategy Vault.
Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a guarantee applies and we fail to meet it, our liability is limited, at our option, to resupplying the services or paying the cost of having them resupplied.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You and YSLFT submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia for any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Service. Nothing in this section limits any right you have to bring proceedings elsewhere where applicable law gives you that right.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
