The Service is for people aged 18 or over. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it and delete the associated data. If you believe a minor has given us data, email yslftcontact@gmail.com and we will remove it.
To operate the Service (generate scripts, save your library, publish and display Vault strategies, sign you in), to prevent abuse and manage usage limits, to send transactional emails (email verification and password resets), and to understand and improve reliability and cost.
Your email address is never shown to other users. If you publish a strategy to the Strategy Vault, then the strategy itself and the details you submitted with it — including your display name as the author — are visible to other signed-in users of the Service. Do not put personal or confidential information into a Vault submission.
We send transactional emails only (verify your address, reset your password). We do not sell your email or send marketing without consent.
We share data only with the processors needed to run the Service: Anthropic (AI generation — your strategy descriptions are sent to generate scripts), Google (only if you use Google sign-in), Resend (sending your emails), Cloudflare (bot protection on signup), and Railway (hosting/database). We do not sell your personal data.
We keep your account and saved scripts until you delete them. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone, which removes your account, saved scripts, and associated records. Strategies you published to the Vault may be removed separately — see below or email us and we will remove them.
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt, sessions use secure HTTP-only cookies, and transport is encrypted (HTTPS). No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it is wrong. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to export or delete your data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Account deletion is available in-app at any time. For anything else — including access, correction, or export requests — email yslftcontact@gmail.com and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal information or a privacy complaint, contact us first at the address above. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
The Service is operated from Australia. Our providers may process and store data in other countries, including the United States. By using the Service you consent to that overseas handling; where required we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
